Katrina N. High is a devoted sister, cousin, godmother, auntie, and cherished friend. Beyond these personal roles, she is a formidable leader—a distinguished scientist, entrepreneur, speaker, and philanthropist with over two decades of experience across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and business sectors. Known for her strategic insight and innovative approach, Katrina has earned a strong reputation as a leader who consistently delivers impactful results.

Katrina's professional journey began in the pharmaceutical industry, where she honed her skills as a scientist and project management professional, notably contributing to the successful launch of Gardasil® a vaccine developed for human papillomavirus (HPV), which can lead to cervical cancer. Her career, which spans drug development, project management, business development, and client engagement, has provided her with a broad and robust perspective on the healthcare ecosystem and business at large. Her entrepreneurial spirit soon led her to full-time entrepreneurship, co-founding successful ventures such as KNH Realty and Artemis Factor, a project management consulting firm that has made significant strides in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Each venture under the KNH Enterprises umbrella uniquely contributes to the company’s overall success, driven by Katrina’s vision and dedication.

Katrina’s recent endeavors include angel investing, further expanding her business portfolio, and founding THEHAWC.org, a nonprofit dedicated to the memory of her late father, Teddy High. This nonprofit reflects her deep commitment to family and community enrichment, making meaningful strides toward health and wealth equity in her community. Katrina’s journey stands as a testament to her unwavering dedication to excellence, passion for innovation, and commitment to making a lasting impact in every endeavor she undertakes.

Her leadership is evident in her current role on the Board of Directors for Heights Philadelphia and her past involvement with Women of Color in Pharma (WOCIP).
